Authentic Self-Love Coaching
In exploring Authentic Self-Love coaching and choosing to take responsibility for your own self-love and happiness, you are already taking the first crucial step towards living a happier life. This coaching curriculum is based in part on the happiness model outlined in the New York Times bestselling book, Happy for No Reason: 7 Steps to Being Happy from the Inside Out. This program will help you integrate the 21 essential Happiness Habits into your every day life, so that you can experience inner peace, joy and well-being, no matter what is going on in your life. It addresses the 7 main areas of your life: your mind, heart, body, soul, empowerment, relationships and life purpose.
Authentic Self-Love coaching will definitely help you develop new strategies for relating to yourself, that support your wellness and happiness. It’s the fastest and surest way to overcome old habits that kept you small or diminished and begin living the life of your dreams. That’s because as long you are not deeply tapping in to your authentic self and the love, passion and spontaneity that live there, your mind will keep you stuck in auto-pilot patterns of coping and survival.
We’ll start with a review of your results from the Authentic Self-Love Questionnaire to help us assess where your areas of strength and weakness are. Together, we’ll then develop a personalized roadmap that will guide you to experience more and more self-love, unconditional happiness and fulfillment.

How this coaching works:
I offer a variety of coaching packages to suit the needs of each client. While the majority of people select a three month program of three phone sessions per month, you can choose whatever plan is most appropriate for your situation.
Each session is approximately 45 minutes. You will be able to stay in touch with me via email between sessions, as needed. You will be guided through the Authentic Self-Love coaching curriculum, which addresses all areas of life as they relate to happiness. Specific goals and outcomes will be agreed upon for your maximum benefit. During each session we will discuss and agree upon a particular action or exercise that directly supports you in meeting your happiness goals.
As challenges arise, whether they be internal (example: mental resistance) or external (example: toxic relationships) I will help you in dealing with and overcoming those challenges through the best means for that situation. With each session, you will be able to see and feel directly how the practices and program are helping you raise your level of self-love and happiness!
